• Understand your part request, check compatibility and availability, and prepare a quotation.
• Contact you about confirmations, quotations, payments, delivery and support.
• Verify payment reports, arrange delivery, and keep an order history.
• Protect the service, investigate misuse and meet applicable legal requirements.

Who may receive information

Information is available to authorized Spareszo and Rajdhani Automobiles staff who handle your request. We may share the minimum necessary details with payment, messaging, hosting or delivery providers to complete the service. Google sign-in, if you choose it, returns account information from Google. We do not publish your private order messages or uploaded documents on public pages.

Payment and uploaded files

UPI payments are completed through your chosen payment app. Spareszo does not ask you to enter your UPI PIN on this website. If you submit payment proof, we use it to verify that payment. RC card images, part photos, voice notes and message attachments are used to support the related request and are accessible to authorized staff.

Cookies, security and retention

We use session cookies needed for sign-in and the customer/admin portal. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards to protect account and order information. We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, resolve issues, maintain records or meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it when appropriate.

You can update many account and delivery details from your profile. To ask about access, correction, deletion or another privacy concern, contact us through the form on our Contact us page and include the phone or email linked to your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
